There is an on-going Africa Rural Educational Outreach AREO 2019, staged by Education With Purpose EWP in Ghana. The first host community is Yareyeya which is situated at the Western Region of the country.

The event is graced by the co-founder of EWP, Dimeji Sodeke, the who is also an author of the novel titled “The Gods of My Parents”. There are great dedicated people ready to improve the educational situation of Africa. The host is Emmanuel Addai, a Geography student of Winnebba University of Education. He is from the community of Yareyeya, as that was where he schooled from his early years.

However, Mr. Suleiman Idrisu happens to be the hero of the exercise. His wife is currently in a hospital being operated upon. Despite this, he still saw the need to come over to join the program since he had noticed an improvement in the wife’s health. He had to ensure a relative stand by her side.

It is a truth that African leaders have left the continent in a deep mess. In this recent times, one wouldn’t believe there are still some people who don’t know what a computer system looks like. It is terrible and very embarrassing. More update coming on it’s way…
